Shipping

Keen Uniq shipping has divided into two categories. Local (Australia) and International. For local shipping, the cost will be $5 AUD, however our customer from local can get free local shipping for order more than $50 AUD in single receipt. As for international shipping, the cost will be $20 AUD. But free shipping for purchase over $100 AUD in single receipt for international customer.

Orders are shipped by standard regular post from Australia post (auspost). It will take approximately 6 to 8 days to arrive at customer door. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time to prepare your order. This shipping apply to all customer from local and international.

We takes extra care to ensure that your item arrives to you in a safe and timely manner.

Returns

It is in our best interest that your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible, for this reason we insures all packages and tracks them using Registered Post. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, you must contact us within forty eight (48) hours of receiving your item. This urgency is crucial to ensure that a claim can be made against the delivery company for compensation of the damage incurred. It is important to note that in this situation that the manufacturer, supplier or reseller, (Keen Uniq) are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. However, we do our best to ensure that any damages incurred during transit are rectified immediately with the delivery company. It is your responsibility to examine your product(s) immediately after receiving them. If you fail to contact us within the specified time period (48 hours), it will be assumed that you have accepted the item in an undamaged state and Keen Uniq shall not be liable to pay for or replace that item.

If a product is found to be DOA (‘Dead on Arrival’), (that is, not damaged during transit) we must be notified within two (2) business days of you receiving your product. In this situation, it remains your responsibility to return the product back to us, with consent from Keen Uniq. Please note that customer must bare the shipping cost when return to us.

The product must include all original packaging and be in an unused condition to be accepted for inspection. The return of the product will be at your own cost. Once we receive the ‘faulty product’ we will inspect and determine whether or not the product has a manufacturers defect.

If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement of the exact same product will be dispatched immediately. If for any reason that is uncontrollable by Keen Uniq, that a product is no longer available, a new product may be negotiated to the same value as the original purchase. If the product is not found to be faulty, the product will be sent back to you immediately.
